Liability Waiver & Participation Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a private dinner event hosted by Kaavya Rao, operating as Tables of Content (“Host”) at a private residence. I acknowledge that participation is entirely voluntary.

2. Food Preparation & Allergies

I understand that food served at this event is prepared in a home kitchen and may include common allergens such as, but not limited to, dairy, nuts, shellfish, gluten, soy, eggs, and other ingredients.

I agree that it is my responsibility to disclose any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions prior to the event. While reasonable care will be taken in food preparation, I acknowledge that an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Food-related illness

  • Allergic reactions

  • Slips, falls, or other accidental injuries

  • Risks associated with the consumption of alcohol

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in this event.

4. Alcohol Acknowledgment

If alcoholic beverages are served:

  • I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age.

  • I agree to consume alcohol responsibly.

  • I understand that I am solely responsible for my behavior and decisions, including transportation arrangements following the event.

I acknowledge that the Host reserves the right to refuse alcohol service at their discretion.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Kaavya Rao, operating as Tables of Content, and any affiliated individuals from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in this event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and/or checking the agreement box at checkout, I acknowledge that:

  • I have read this Liability Waiver & Participation Agreement in full.

  • I understand its contents.

  • I voluntarily agree to its terms.
